1. Subscription availability
Plans displayed on HorizonL's Pricing page describe proposed offerings. Payments and subscriptions may not yet be enabled for every user. The offer actually available is the one displayed at purchase.
An invitation-based account is not, by itself, a paid subscription.
2. Prices, terms and taxes
Applicable pricing, duration (monthly, quarterly or annual when offered), discounts, taxes and additional fees must be disclosed before a purchase is confirmed.
Project, team member and AI credit limits depend on the plan and are shown on the Pricing page or at checkout.
3. Payments and billing
When online payment is enabled, the payment methods, service provider and terms will be disclosed before the order is finalized. HorizonL does not require users to enter banking details in project documents.
4. AI credits and limits
AI features are subject to the credits, quotas and technical restrictions specified for the plan. Availability and included functions depend on the offer. AI credits are not currency and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
Any carry-forward of unused credits must be stated explicitly in the applicable offer.
5. Renewal, cancellation and refunds
Renewal, changes, cancellation, refunds and any rights to cancel must be clearly disclosed before entering into a paid subscription. Applicable mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.
Contact support@horizonl.ca with subscription or cancellation questions. These terms do not remove statutory refund or cancellation rights.
6. Data after a subscription ends
Ending a paid subscription is different from deleting an account. Any read-only access, export or removal periods after cancellation must be defined in the applicable offer and service notices.
You may request access to or deletion of your personal information subject to applicable law, including after a paid period has ended.
